The Republic of Poland, whose ancient name is Bolie’er, is a democratic republic composed of 16 provinces.

During the Cold War it was put under the rule by the Soviet Union and it joined the EU and NATO after disintegration of the Soviet Union. In recent years, Poland’s status improves both in the EU and in the world. Since November 11, 1918 when it restored its independence and after 90 years of development and change, especially in the first few years of the 21st century, people are paying more and more attention to Poland in terms of its importance in Europe.

In addition to the EU and NATO, Poland is also a member of the United Nations, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the World Trade Organization.
