The excess of traditional fossil energy is closely related with the rapid development of Chinese economy.
Every year China's GDP grows, demand for energy, especially the rising demand for traditional fossil energy, stimulate the industry capacity’s extension. And because the traditional industries such as coal, oil need special design and regular cycles, so once China's economy steps on brakes, the energy’s production in the planning is hard to stop.
The upgrade of traditional fossil energy is extremely urgent, and it can be carried out from then following aspects: the first is to close down outdated production facilities through the market means, and structural adjustment. In the process, we need try to avoid the governmental management. Another way is to develop advanced productivity, through innovative way, especially in scientific and technological innovation. The development of advanced productivity needs to break the original institutional barriers.
The present development of Chinese economy is focused on adjustment of the original vulgar way, promote to realize upgrade of the old system. The energy industry also need to be adjusted, to focus on the structure of the original stock capacity optimization, seeking development by quality lift effect.
